last week we had a look at Unit 8B (we checked the vocabulary banl on p.169, did a couple of extra activities to revise this vocabulary), we also did the readig on p. 79 and the listening on p. 80.
Homework:
Write a Letter of Complaint (have a look at the example on p. 124). I copy here the instructions for the task:
You bought tickets for a day-trip to a
beautiful town nearby from a travel agency. The price included the coach to and
from the town, lunch and a ticket (you decide what for). However, the lunch
could be described as a snack, the coach was late when it picked you up and any
other problem you decide. You have decided to write an email to the travel
agency outlining how the trip failed to meet your expectations and asking for a
refund.
Write 180-200 words
